1. Scope and developer
Tracket Motion: Video Editor (“Tracket”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is developed and operated by Oleksandr Ksondzyk. This Privacy Policy applies to the Tracket mobile apps for Android, iPhone, and iPad; the Tracket support service; and the website at tracket.xyz.
Tracket does not require a user account. The app creates a random local support code so a support request can be correlated with technical diagnostics. The normalized SHA-256 hash of that code may be used as a pseudonymous installation identifier. It is not intended to identify a person.

3. Data we access or collect
| Category | Examples | How and why |
|---|---|---|
| Media and project data | Videos, photos, audio, edits, tracking data, and exported files | Selected by you and processed locally to provide editing, tracking, stabilization, playback, and export features. Tracket does not upload your source media as part of normal app use. |
| App activity and analytics | Feature interactions, screen views, export and purchase events, app version, device class, locale, and pseudonymous installation identifiers | Collected through Firebase Analytics when Usage Analytics is enabled to understand app usage, reliability, and product performance. |
| Crash and performance data | Crash logs, stack traces, app and device state, operating-system information, memory and performance measurements, and the hashed support code | Collected through Firebase Crashlytics and, on Android, Firebase Performance Monitoring when Error Reports is enabled, to diagnose failures and improve stability. |
| Advertising data | IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, advertising ID or similar device identifiers, and consent status | Collected or shared by Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and—where you consent—personalized advertising. |
| Purchase information | Product, plan, price, currency, subscription or entitlement status, purchase time, and store transaction or purchase-token information | Processed through Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit to complete, restore, and verify purchases and to prevent fraud. When you submit a support request, minimum store proof may be sent through Tracket's support service to the relevant store solely to verify your entitlement. Tracket does not receive or store payment-card details. |
| Support information | Your message, category, optional reply email, hashed support code, app/build version, locale, device summary, entitlement state, and structured diagnostics | Sent only when you submit the in-app support form and used to respond to and investigate your request. |
| Optional diagnostics bundle | Bounded and redacted runtime logs, non-fatal errors, memory telemetry, and frame-processing diagnostics | Uploaded only when you enable the diagnostics option in the support form. It does not intentionally include your source media or project files. |
| Integrity and security data | Play Integrity or Apple App Attest tokens and verdicts, app authenticity, licensing, and device-integrity signals | Used to protect support and purchase-verification services from fraud and abuse. |
| Website usage | Page and link interactions, browser/device information, IP-derived region, and Firebase-generated identifiers | The main Tracket website may use Firebase Analytics to measure visits and outbound-link performance. These legal pages do not load the analytics script. |
4. How we use data
We use the data described above to:
- provide editing, tracking, stabilization, playback, export, purchase, and support functionality;
- deliver and measure rewarded ads for eligible free users;
- verify purchases and maintain Pro entitlements;
- diagnose crashes, performance problems, failed exports, and support issues;
- secure the app and backend against abuse, unauthorized access, and fraudulent purchases;
- understand product usage and improve Tracket when analytics is enabled;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Depending on your location and the specific processing, we rely on your consent, performance of the service you request, our legitimate interests in security and product reliability, or compliance with legal obligations.
6. Retention
- Local projects and media: remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Support cases: are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate related reliability or abuse issues, keep appropriate operational records, and meet legal obligations. A derived store-entitlement result may be retained with the case, but raw transaction IDs or purchase tokens used for support verification are not retained in the support case.
- Optional diagnostics bundles: are configured to expire from Tracket-controlled diagnostics storage within 90 days.
- Purchase-verification and security records: may be retained as necessary to maintain entitlements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, or legal obligations.
- Google, Firebase, Apple, and store data: is retained according to the relevant provider settings and policies.
We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, subject to technical, security, legal, and provider limitations.
7. Your choices and consent controls
- Use Usage Analytics in Tracket Settings to enable or disable Firebase Analytics collection.
- Use Error Reports in Tracket Settings to control Crashlytics and Android Performance Monitoring collection. Some SDK changes apply on the next app launch.
- Use Privacy options in Tracket Settings when shown to review or withdraw advertising consent managed by Google UMP.
- Use Android or Apple device settings to manage advertising identifiers, tracking permission, and other platform privacy controls.
- You may use the core editor without providing an optional support email or diagnostics bundle.
8. Access and deletion requests
Tracket does not create user accounts. You can delete local projects and media from the app or device. To request access to or deletion of a support case and related data controlled by Tracket, follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
Requests are submitted by email and reviewed and completed manually by the Tracket operator. There is no automated account-deletion flow because Tracket does not create user accounts.
We may ask for the support code shown in the app, the optional reply email used in the request, and approximate submission details so we can locate the correct record without collecting unnecessary identity documents.
9. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS transport, access-controlled operator endpoints, scoped diagnostics uploads, integrity checks, data minimization, and redaction of known sensitive log patterns. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, such transfers are handled under provider safeguards and applicable legal mechanisms.
10. Children
Tracket is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through support, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Tracket, its providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
